1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly from Aliaksandr Abramovich, a sole proprietorship (JDG) registered in Poland, NIP: 9512584635, for the automate-seo Service. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the monthly or annual period selected at checkout.
3. First purchase refunds
First-time subscribers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of their initial purchase only if the Service has not been substantially used. Substantial use includes generating or publishing more than a minimal number of articles. If substantial use has occurred, or if the request is made after the 14-day window, the initial payment is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Renewals and partial periods
Renewal payments are non-refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. No prorated refunds or credits are provided for a partially used monthly or annual billing period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through available account controls or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. You can continue using the paid Service until the end of your current paid billing period, and cancellation does not refund charges already paid.
6. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email hello@automate-seo.online with the subject “Refund request” or “Cancellation request.” Include the email address on your account, the charge date, the plan purchased, and a short explanation. Do not email full card details.
We may ask for information reasonably needed to locate the payment and protect the account from unauthorized requests. We will confirm our decision by email.
7. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Stripe, your bank, or your card issuer may need additional time to make the credit visible after we submit it. We will notify you when the refund has been submitted. Currency conversion differences and bank fees are controlled by your payment providers.
8. Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights under EU and Polish law may apply to consumers and are not waived where legally required. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Payment disputes
Please contact us first if you do not recognize a charge or believe a billing error occurred so we can investigate promptly. This does not limit your rights with your payment provider.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy for future purchases. The version in effect when a charge was made will govern that charge unless applicable law requires otherwise.
